🍷 Daily Wine Tasting Tour – Rahovec, Kosovo

Group Size: Minimum 6 people
Duration: Full-day experience (approx. 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)

📅 Itinerary

9:00 AM – Pick-up & Departure

• Meet your driver and guide at your accommodation.
• Comfortable transfer to Rahovec (~1.5 hours from Pristina).
• Light briefing during the drive about Kosovo’s wine culture and the Rahovec wine region.

10:30 AM – Arrival in Rahovec

• Welcome drink upon arrival at the winery.
• Meet local hosts and get introduced to the day's activities.

11:00 AM – Vineyard & Cellar Tour

• Guided walk through the vineyards, learning about local grape varieties.
• Walking through the vineyard area of the village, Way and stages of vineyard cultivation
• Insight into the history and development of the Rahovec wine region.

12:30 PM – Wine Tasting Session

• Guided degustation of 5 carefully selected wines:

1. Chardonnay (fruity aroma)
2. Vranc Old  - semi-dry (Regional varieties)
3. Malbec - semi-dry ( cherry and vanilla aroma)
4. Cabernet Sauvignon semi-dry
5. Cuvèe semi-dry ( Merlot-Cabernet Sauvignon-Vranc)
6. Local rakija homemade ( spiritus)

Each wine served with matching local bites (cheese, bread, olives, dried fruits).

2:00 PM – Traditional Lunch

• Enjoy a full traditional Kosovo lunch at the winery or a local family-run restaurant.
  • Includes fresh salads, grilled meats or vegetarian options, local bread, and seasonal specialties.
  • One glass of wine or soft drink included with the meal.

3:30 PM – Free Time & Local Shop Visit

• Optional time to explore the area, relax at the vineyard terrace, or shop for wines and local products.
• Take in the panoramic views of the Rahovec valley.

4:30 PM – Departure

• Begin your return journey to Pristina (or alternate agreed location).

5:30 PM – Arrival & Drop-off

• End of tour. Thank you & farewell!
